Why it's different

No bank login.

Download a statement from your bank's website as a PDF or CSV, and open it in Unlinked from Files, Mail or your bank's app. It never asks for your banking password, and there's no account to create.

Every statement is matched against its own totals before it's saved. If the numbers don't add up, you'll know.

Unlinked makes no network connections in normal use. Turn on airplane mode and import a statement.

Statements only

Import once a month. Every total is checked to the cent.

Live

Apple Pay purchases are logged as you tap, through a Shortcuts automation Unlinked sets up in a few steps. Add anything else by hand. When the statement arrives, it matches up with what you logged.

Cash

Cash counts too: ATM withdrawals move into Cash, cash purchases count once, and you can set what's in your wallet.

Receipts

Keep every receipt with its purchase, for returns, warranties and expense claims.

  • Scan a paper receipt. The camera finds and straightens it, reads the total, date and store, and fills in the purchase for you to check. Or it offers the purchase that's already there.
  • Attach photos or PDF invoices, also from Mail or Files through the share sheet.
  • Search finds words printed on them, like an order or invoice number.
  • Read on your iPhone. Receipts never leave it, and they're part of your iPhone backup.

Is my data safe?

Your statements and transactions stay on your iPhone. Unlinked has no server and no account, and makes no network connections in normal use.

Which banks work?

Unlinked is built to read PDF and CSV statements. If yours doesn't import, the app says so and offers to send us a masked copy of the statement's layout so we can add it. See Help add your bank.
